How much does it cost to learn about the system?
Nothing. The first consultation is free.
How much does it cost to dispute my debt?
Cardholders with balances totaling $100,000 have paid from $2,000 to $7,000 over an 8 to 14 month period, but, once again, the number of credit cards and other factors make it difficult to predict.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the number of credit cards, the size of the balances on those, and certain other unpredictable factors, but 8 to 14 months is common.
What is going to happen to our credit?
Adverse credit occurances are the exception rather than the rule, but blemishes can result while disputing or removing the credit card balances.
What is secured debt?
Debts or obligations secured by collateral such as automobiles or real estate. Such items can be repossessed or foreclosed upon in the event of nonpayment of the debt.
What is unsecured debt?
Any loan or debt that has no tangible assets or property attached to it. Money owed on credit cards is unsecured debt.
